Wondering if it should be noted that the Elven Archer seems to be bugged for classification, at least in version 1.7.
Their introduction quote once converted to your side refers to them as male, but when you recieve a "(Creature) is unhappy because he/she (Reason)." message, they are referred to as a she.
I'm not sure if their elven magic grants them gender-bending abilities, or if your assistant can't make up his mind.
